Datavault AI reports 467% revenue growth, secures $150M investment

Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) reported second-quarter 2025 revenue of $1.7 million, representing 467% year-over-year growth from the same period in 2024, according to an investor update released by the company.

The Philadelphia-based data monetization company provided 2026 revenue guidance of $40 million to $50 million, driven by its acoustic and data science divisions. The company secured a $150 million strategic investment agreement with Scilex Holdings, pending shareholder approval.

Datavault AI announced several partnerships, including a memorandum of understanding with Korea Aerospace University for digital pilot credentialing and simulation technology. The company also established a defense partnership with Burke Products and an exclusive $10 million worldwide license agreement with Scilex Holding Company (NASDAQ: SCLX) to tokenize genomic, DNA and therapeutic data assets.

The company launched its VerifyU platform for identity and credential verification using blockchain and artificial intelligence technology. Datavault AI also acquired SyncIN Audio QR, adding patented audio-triggered data-capture technology to its product portfolio.

Chief Executive Officer Nathaniel Bradley stated the company is "executing across multiple industries at once, transforming how value is created and trusted in the digital age."

Datavault AI filed a Form S-3 shelf registration to enhance capital market flexibility. The company operates independent exchanges including Information Data Exchange and NIL Exchange, with initial tokenization of real-world assets beginning in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The company maintains operations across multiple international markets including Zurich, London, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and Hong Kong, with active sales in Atlanta and Portland focusing on data and acoustic monetization respectively.
