Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) announced plans to relocate its corporate headquarters to Philadelphia's downtown area and establish new facilities in Georgia and London.
The company will move its headquarters from Beaverton, Oregon, to Philadelphia, with site selection managed by a board-appointed subcommittee. CEO Nathaniel Bradley cited personal connections to Philadelphia and proximity to East Coast technology centers as factors in the decision.
Datavault AI has opened a Center for AI and Quantum Computing Excellence at 9040 Roswell Road in Sandy Springs, Georgia. The facility occupies an eight-story, 180,000-square-foot office building on 23 acres and features on-site data centers. The company plans to collaborate with Georgia Tech and the University of Georgia for talent recruitment and is actively hiring AI engineers, blockchain specialists, and systems-integration experts.
The Beaverton facility will remain operational to support WiSA Engineering, expansion teams, and Pacific Rim sales and customer support operations.
Additionally, the company is opening a Quantum Computing & Digital Twin Embassy in Knightsbridge, London, to advance European collaborations. Datavault AI hired Julian Usher to direct its 1571 initiative from the London location, focusing on art, luxury assets, and collectibles platforms.
The board approved two new advisory members: Dr. John Ratzan, Accenture Financial Services Data and AI North America Lead, and Mustaq Patel, Group Managing Director of Cindrigo Holdings Limited. The company also extended an invitation to former Congressman Anthony Coelho to join the advisory board.
Datavault AI develops AI-driven data valuation and monetization solutions, operating through Acoustic Science and Data Science divisions. The company's platform serves multiple industries including sports, entertainment, biotech, education, and healthcare.
