DataMeds AI files new DBAs and completes meme coin token distribution

DataMeds AI, Inc. (NASDAQ: MEDS) announced it has filed doing-business-as registrations for "DataMEDS SI" and "Corexa Health SI," according to a press release from the Tampa, Florida-based healthcare company.

The company's interim co-CEO, Gerald Commissiong, said the filings were intended to protect the company's branding in response to shifting policy language around artificial intelligence. "We are not currently bolstering this protection strategy with trademark filings to further protect our position," Commissiong said.

The company also confirmed that a previously announced distribution of Dream Bowl Meme Coin I tokens was paid on September 9, 2026, to shareholders of record as of August 7, 2026. Shareholders of record are entitled to receive 50 Dream Bowl Tokens for each share of common stock held.

To receive the tokens, eligible shareholders are required to open a digital wallet with DataVault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) and execute an Opt-In Agreement. The company noted that the Dream Bowl Tokens "may not have or maintain any value" and are described as digital collectibles intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. The tokens do not confer equity, voting rights, dividends, or any expectation of financial return.

DataMeds AI listed the Dream Bowl Tokens on the Biconomy cryptocurrency exchange in the third quarter of 2026.

Separately, DataVault AI (NASDAQ: DVLT) received a notice of allowance from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for a patent application entitled "Method and System for Mitigating Naked and Excessive Short Selling through Tokenized Dividend Distribution," with all 24 claims allowed.
