DIRTT extends employment of executive chairman and transformation chief
DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd. (TSX: DRT; OTCQX: DRTTF) has extended the employment agreements of Executive Chairman Scott Robinson and Chief Transformation Officer Adrian Zarate through December 31, 2026, according to a press release from the Calgary-based company.
Both executives were originally appointed to their roles on November 26, 2025, with employment terms scheduled to expire on June 30, 2026. On that date, the company entered into amendments extending each agreement by six months.
Robinson and Zarate were brought on as short-term strategic appointments to support a transformation office the company established in 2025. The office was created to focus on streamlining processes, supporting the Construction Services team, and improving productivity. The two executives are working with DIRTT's broader leadership team on the operational and financial elements of the transformation plan.
