Cuentas Inc. (OTCQB: CUEN) reported a net loss of approximately $1.57 million for the year ended December 31, 2025, compared to approximately $3.31 million in 2024, representing a 52.5% reduction in annual net loss, according to the company's Annual Report on Form 10-K.

The Miami Beach-based company attributed the improvement to gains from debt restructuring activities, the contribution of mobile virtual network operator-related rights to its World Mobile joint venture, and efforts to reduce legacy obligations throughout the year.

During 2025, Cuentas continued developing its strategic relationship with World Mobile Group Ltd. through the previously announced formation of World Mobile LLC, which the companies established to operate a mobile virtual network operator business and support expansion of Cuentas Mobile offerings.

The company addressed historical liabilities through the disposition of its Brooksville investment and related settlement actions, using transaction proceeds to resolve obligations and improve financial flexibility.

"2025 was a defining year for Cuentas," said Shalom Arik Maimon, Chief Executive Officer. "We reduced our annual net loss dramatically, took meaningful action to resolve legacy liabilities, and continued deepening our strategic alliance with World Mobile."

Cuentas Inc. describes itself as a technology company focused on mobile communications, connectivity, and digital platform opportunities. The company holds ownership interests in World Mobile LLC and World Mobile Media Group LLC as part of its mobile services strategy.
