CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD) and Salesforce announced a strategic partnership to enhance security for AI agents and applications built on Salesforce's Agentforce platform. The collaboration integrates CrowdStrike's Falcon Shield with Salesforce Security Center and brings CrowdStrike's Charlotte AI into Agentforce for Security.
The integration provides Salesforce administrators and security professionals with enhanced visibility and protection for AI workflows. Through Falcon Shield's integration with Salesforce Security Center, customers can trace AI agents to their human creators, detect risky behavior in real time, and automate threat containment actions.
The partnership enables Charlotte AI, CrowdStrike's AI security analyst, to work within Slack through Agentforce for Security. This allows teams to handle security incidents directly in Slack, including creating incident channels, querying threats through natural language, and isolating compromised devices.
"Adversaries are already targeting AI agents and applications with identity-based attacks," said Daniel Bernard, chief business officer at CrowdStrike. "Together with Salesforce, we're extending the power of the Falcon platform to protect mission-critical workflows and secure the next generation of AI-powered business."
Brian Landsman, CEO of AppExchange and Global Partnerships at Salesforce, stated that the partnership "ensures that our customers can build their agentic enterprises on Salesforce while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance."
The Falcon Shield integration will be available from within Salesforce Security Center and on the Salesforce AppExchange this year. Charlotte AI will integrate into Slack via Agentforce for Security and be available through AgentExchange and Slack Marketplace this year.
The announcement was made at CrowdStrike's Fal.Con 2025 conference in Las Vegas, according to the company's press release.
