Critical One Energy names Robert Suttie as CFO
Critical One Energy Inc. (CSE: CRTL) (OTCQB: MMTLF) (FSE: 4EF0) appointed Robert Suttie as Chief Financial Officer effective September 15, 2025, according to a company statement.
Suttie brings over 25 years of experience, including 10 years in public accounting and 19 years with financial reporting group Marrelli Support Services Inc., where he serves as President. He currently serves as CFO for several junior mining companies listed on the TSX, TSX-V and CSE exchanges.
The Toronto-based exploration company focuses on critical metals and minerals, with its primary asset being the Howells Lake Antimony-Gold Project in Ontario's Thunder Bay Mining Division. The company also holds uranium investment interests in Namibia.
"Rob's experience will be invaluable as we advance our core Howells Lake Antimony-Gold Project in the Thunder Bay Mining Division of Ontario, Canada and support the development of uranium assets in Namibia as part of our strategic investment there," said Duane Parnham, the company's Founder, Executive Chairman and CEO.
The appointment follows the departure of outgoing CFO Eric Myung. Critical One Energy was formerly known as Madison Metals Inc.
