Critical One Energy changes U.S. trading symbol to CTLOF on OTCQB
Critical One Energy Inc. (OTCQB: CTLOF) announced that its common shares began trading on the OTCQB Venture Market under the new symbol "CTLOF," effective September 3, 2026, replacing the prior symbol "MMTLF."
According to the company, the symbol change completes a market identity transition announced in December 2024, when the company adopted the Critical One Energy name. The new U.S. symbol is derived from the Critical One name and is intended to align with its Canadian Securities Exchange symbol "CRTL."
The company's shares continue to trade on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE) under "4EF." The symbol change does not affect the company's corporate name or share capital, and no action is required by existing shareholders.
Critical One Energy is a mineral exploration company focused on the Howells Lake Antimony-Gold Project in Ontario, Canada. The information in this article is based on a company press release.
