Conavi Medical announces public offering of shares and warrants
Conavi Medical Corp. (TSXV: CNVI) filed a preliminary prospectus with securities regulatory authorities in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario for a public offering of common shares and pre-funded warrants.
The medical device company plans to complete the offering through Bloom Burton Securities Inc. as lead agent of a syndicate. The number of securities, offering size and pricing will be determined through negotiations between the company and agents based on market conditions.
Conavi Medical intends to use net proceeds to complete a limited market release in the United States and for working capital and general corporate purposes. The company expects the offering to close on or about May 28, 2026, subject to regulatory approvals including from the TSX Venture Exchange.
The securities will also be offered through private placements in certain jurisdictions outside Canada in compliance with applicable securities laws. The offering excludes the United States market, as the securities have not been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.
Conavi Medical develops imaging technologies for minimally invasive cardiovascular procedures. The company's Novasight Hybrid System combines intravascular ultrasound and optical coherence tomography in a single device for coronary artery imaging. The system has regulatory clearance in the United States, Canada, China and Japan.
