Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. (NASDAQ: CTSH) has selected Oracle Fusion Cloud Recruiting to enhance its talent acquisition processes across more than 60 countries, according to a company statement.
The professional services company, which employs more than 350,000 people globally, will use Oracle's recruiting platform to leverage artificial intelligence capabilities for streamlining hiring workflows and improving candidate experiences. The platform is part of Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management suite.
"The candidate experience is often the first interaction people have with our organization, and we needed a recruiting platform that could deliver a more seamless and engaging experience while giving us the flexibility to build AI capabilities that align with our business objectives," said Roshan Subudhi, senior vice president of Enterprise Platform Services at Cognizant.
Cognizant selected Oracle's solution for its embedded AI capabilities, global scalability, and support for both standardized and region-specific hiring processes. The company plans to use Oracle AI Agent Studio to develop custom AI agents for its specific business requirements.
Oracle Recruiting includes embedded AI and automation features designed to enhance candidate engagement and streamline hiring processes. The platform aims to help organizations manage talent acquisition at scale while supporting internal mobility initiatives.
"Organizations with a vast footprint like Cognizant need AI-powered solutions that can scale globally and help them build a future workforce," said Nagaraj Nadendla, senior vice president of HCM product development at Oracle.
The implementation supports Cognizant's plans to grow its global workforce as the company continues expanding its operations internationally.
