Cognizant renews multi-million dollar collaboration with Travel + Leisure Co.

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation (NASDAQ: CTSH) announced the renewal of a multi-million dollar strategic collaboration with Travel + Leisure Co. (NYSE: TNL), according to a company statement. The extended partnership focuses on modernizing Travel + Leisure Co.'s technology infrastructure and incorporating artificial intelligence capabilities.
The collaboration aims to enhance digital experiences for Travel + Leisure Co.'s travel club members and 800,000 owner families. Cognizant will work to optimize the company's technology ecosystem using its hospitality industry expertise.
"Renewing our partnership with Cognizant reflects the deep collaboration and mutual trust we've built over the years," said Sy Esfahani, Chief Technology Officer at Travel + Leisure Co. "Cognizant's broad technology expertise and global resources will propel our continued digital transformation, helping us deliver innovative solutions to service our members and guests at every touchpoint."
Under the agreement, Cognizant will assist with modernizing application landscape, strengthening infrastructure scalability and reliability, and implementing data- and AI-driven capabilities. The technology services company will leverage its hospitality domain knowledge throughout the partnership term.

Travel + Leisure Co. operates as a leisure travel company, providing more than six million vacations annually to travelers worldwide. The company manages a portfolio of vacation ownership, travel club, and lifestyle travel brands with approximately 19,000 associates globally.
