Centuri names new CFO and chief legal officer

Centuri Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CTRI) has appointed Kelly Youngblood as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Danielle Hunter as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal & Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary, according to a company press release. Both appointments are effective immediately.
Youngblood succeeds Gregory A. Izenstark and Hunter succeeds Jason S. Wilcock.
Youngblood most recently served as Executive Advisor to the CEO of DNOW Inc. (NYSE: DNOW), and previously held the CFO role at MRC Global Inc. until its acquisition by DNOW in November 2025. He has also served as CFO at BJ Services and as Senior Vice President and CFO at Diamond Offshore Drilling. He spent 27 years at Halliburton in various finance roles, including Vice President of Investor Relations, and holds a B.A. in Accounting from Cameron University.
Hunter most recently served as President of Berry Corporation from January 2023 through its acquisition by California Resources Corporation (NYSE: CRC) in December 2025. Prior to that role, she served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Berry, and held a similar position at C&J Energy Services. She currently serves on the board of KLX Energy Services Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: KLXE) and holds a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School.
