Carolina Rush Corporation (TSXV: RUSH) (OTCQB: PUCCF) has appointed Patrick Quigley as Vice President of Exploration, effective immediately, according to a press release statement.

Quigley previously served as Senior Geologist and Exploration Manager at the company since January 2022, having joined in mid-2020. He also serves as the company's Qualified Person. CEO Layton Croft noted that Quigley has "18 years of professional experience" spanning the United States and parts of Latin America.

On July 9, 2026, Carolina Rush granted 1,035,000 restricted share units (RSUs) and 1,075,000 stock options to certain directors, officers, employees, and consultants. The RSUs vest in equal thirds on the first, second, and third anniversaries of the grant date. Each stock option allows the holder to purchase one common share at $0.16 per share for three years from the date of issuance, with a four-month hold period on shares issued upon exercise.

The company also announced its intention to extend the expiry date of 7,624,468 common share purchase warrants, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. The warrants were originally issued in a brokered private placement that closed August 15, 2023, at $0.15 per unit. Each warrant allows the holder to purchase one common share at $0.20. The proposed extension would move the expiry date from August 15, 2026, to August 15, 2027, with all other terms remaining unchanged.

Carolina Rush is a mineral exploration company focused on gold and copper deposits in the southeastern United States, currently advancing the Brewer Gold-Copper Project in Chesterfield County, South Carolina.
