Cadiz names Jacinto Hernandez as CFO, replacing retiring Stan Speer

Cadiz, Inc. (NASDAQ: CDZI, CDZIP) announced that Jacinto J. Hernandez will become the company's executive vice president of finance and chief financial officer, effective September 1, 2026, according to a press release issued July 27, 2026.
Hernandez succeeds Stanley E. Speer, who will retire after 17 years with the company. Speer will continue in an advisory role through December 31, 2026, to assist with the transition. The company also promoted its controller, Teffiny Bagnara, to vice president as part of the leadership change.
