CGI and NetApp expand partnership to power block storage services

CGI (NYSE: GIB) and NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP) announced that NetApp Keystone will power CGI's block storage solutions within its shared services platform, marking an expansion of the companies' existing global alliance partnership.

Under the arrangement, CGI will deliver services on behalf of NetApp, while NetApp will partner with CGI to provide enterprise-grade data and storage services for joint clients across industries. The companies said the collaboration is aimed at helping organizations modernize IT infrastructure, improve data management, and support artificial intelligence initiatives across private, public, and hybrid cloud environments.

NetApp Keystone is a subscription-based storage service that offers block workload performance, data management, and high availability across data centers and cloud environments, with built-in security features including real-time threat detection and recovery.

CGI, founded in 1976, reported fiscal 2026 revenue of CA$15.91 billion and employs approximately 94,000 consultants and professionals globally. NetApp has operated in the enterprise storage sector for more than three decades.
