CEA Industries names Carly Howard as board chair after McDonald resigns
CEA Industries Inc. (NASDAQ: BNC) announced that Tony McDonald has resigned from his positions as chairman of the board and president of the company. Carly E. Howard has been appointed as chair of the board of directors, effective immediately.
McDonald stated it had been a privilege to serve as chairman and president during a period of transformation for the company. Howard thanked McDonald for his contributions and expressed her intention to work with the board and management team on governance and execution.

The appointment continues the board's governance strengthening program, which has included the addition of Annemarie Tierney and Glenn Tyranski as independent directors and the appointment of Brent Miller as chief financial officer.
CEA Industries describes itself as a growth-oriented company focused on building businesses in consumer markets and managing what it calls the world's largest corporate treasury of BNB, according to the company's press release statement.
