CACEIS names Antoinette Behan as director in US expansion
CACEIS, the asset servicing banking group of Crédit Agricole, appointed Antoinette Behan as director effective September 4, 2025, according to a company statement.
Behan reports to Cyril Schopfer, Country Managing Director for the United States at CACEIS. She brings 30 years of financial services experience across London, Dublin and New York.
For more than 10 years, Behan specialized in working with US asset managers and ETF issuers on SEC regulatory and shareholder compliance requirements. She previously served as chief revenue officer at Edgar Agents and held senior positions at NASDAQ, NetSuite Oracle, and Donnelley Financial.
"Antoinette's appointment reinforces our commitment to building a strong, client-focused presence in the U.S.," Schopfer said.
The appointment follows CACEIS's acquisition of RBC's European asset servicing activities and establishment of a US representative office and operational center in Canada. The company holds $5.5 trillion in assets under custody and $3.5 trillion in assets under administration as of December 31, 2024.
