Brightline Interactive begins trading on Nasdaq under ticker BTLN

Brightline Interactive, Inc. (NASDAQ: BTLN), formerly The Glimpse Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: GGRP), announced that its common stock has begun trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under its new ticker symbol "BTLN," completing the company's corporate rebrand.

The name change reflects a strategic shift from a diversified portfolio of businesses to a focused technology company centered on its SpatialCore platform, which the company describes as an interoperability and operational context platform for Physical AI. SpatialCore is designed to connect autonomous systems, sensors, AI platforms, digital environments, and real-world data.

Alongside the ticker change, Chief Executive Officer Tyler Gates issued "The Brightline Letter," outlining the company's strategy. According to the letter, Brightline has identified a government integration opportunity pipeline exceeding $100 million, though the company clarifies this represents potential opportunities under evaluation and not contracted backlog. The company believes it can competitively address up to $40 million of those identified opportunities.

The company stated it is pursuing integration revenue from connecting systems into SpatialCore, followed by recurring, consumption-based revenue as customers use the platform. Brightline said it plans to expand beyond its existing military and special operations work into civil federal, state, commercial, and industrial markets.

"GGRP represented the company we inherited, and BTLN represents the company we are building," Gates said in a statement included in the press release.

The company said it has moved to divest or discontinue non-core operations to concentrate resources on SpatialCore and is pursuing partnerships across autonomy, sensors, artificial intelligence, communications, robotics, and defense technology.
