Boardwalktech Software Corp. (TSXV: BWLK) (OTCQB: BWLKF) announced it has signed a multi-year contract with a NYSE-listed global professional services firm and appointed Steve Bennet as chief financial officer.

The contract involves deploying Boardwalktech's Velocity product for Excel data management to approximately 30 users within the client's finance division. The company expects about $70,000 in annual recurring revenue for the first year, with an additional $40,000 in follow-on annual recurring revenue.

His previous CFO roles include positions at companies such as Rollbar, Revel Systems, and iControl Networks, which was acquired by Comcast. He also served as CFO at several companies that were subsequently acquired, including Greystripe, Fliqz, and Orbital Data.

Boardwalktech develops digital ledger technology platforms used by Fortune 500 companies for enterprise information management applications. The company is headquartered in Cupertino, California, with offices in India and operations across North America.
