Blade Air Mobility Inc. (NASDAQ: BLDE) announced the company will change its legal name to Strata Critical Medical Inc. on August 28, 2025. The company's common stock will begin trading under the new ticker symbol "SRTA" on the Nasdaq Capital Market starting August 29, 2025, with public warrants trading under "SRTAW."

The company describes itself as one of the largest transporters of human organs for transplant.
The company's website will change to www.stratacritical.com beginning August 29, 2025, according to the announcement.
