Bitmine reports 6.02 million ETH holdings, $17.4B total assets

Bitmine Immersion Technologies (NYSE: BMNR) reported holdings of 6,016,414 Ethereum tokens as of October 4, 2026, representing 4.9% of the total ETH supply of 122.1 million tokens, according to a company press release.

At a price of $2,726 per ETH, as quoted on Coinbase (NASDAQ: COIN), the company's ETH holdings are valued at approximately $16.4 billion. Combined with total cash and marketable securities of $643 million, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, and a $117 million stake in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS), the company reported total holdings of $17.4 billion.

Of the 6.02 million ETH held, 5,067,309 tokens are staked, valued at approximately $13.8 billion. The company said annualized staking revenues are currently projected at $363 million, based on a 7-day yield of 2.63%. At full scale, projected annualized staking rewards would reach $431 million, the company said.

Bitmine also holds 214 Bitcoin. The company said it has purchased ETH every week since launching its ETH treasury strategy on June 30, 2025, acquiring 15,112 ETH in the most recent week.

The company's institutional staking platform, MAVAN (Made in America VAlidator Network), has expanded beyond supporting Bitmine's own treasury to serve external institutional investors and custodians.

Bitmine was added to the Russell 1000 Large-cap index on June 26, 2026. Its Series A Preferred Stock trades on the NYSE under the symbol BMNP.

According to data cited from Fundstrat, BMNR ranked 125th among 5,704 U.S.-listed stocks by average daily dollar trading volume, at $827 million over the five days ending October 2, 2026.

Chairman Tom Lee is scheduled to deliver a keynote at the Token2049 conference in Singapore on October 7, 2026.
