Bitmine reports 5.9 million ETH holdings, total assets of $15.6B

Bitmine Immersion Technologies (NYSE: BMNR) reported holding 5,901,112 Ethereum tokens as of Aug. 30, 2026, valued at approximately $14.8 billion at $2,511 per ETH, according to a company press release. The company said its ETH holdings represent 4.9% of the total ETH supply of 120.7 million tokens.

Combined with total cash and marketable securities of $541 million and other holdings including 211 Bitcoin, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, and an $81 million stake in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS), the company reported aggregate crypto, cash, and "moonshot" holdings of $15.6 billion.

Bitmine said 5,067,309 of its ETH tokens, valued at $12.7 billion, are staked through its MAVAN (Made in America VAlidator Network) platform and staking partners. The company reported a 7-day annualized staking yield of 2.63% and projected annualized staking revenues of $335 million.

"Over the past week, we acquired 53,501 ETH. Bitmine has bought ETH for each of the past 65 weeks," said Thomas Lee, Chairman of Bitmine.

The company said it was added to the Russell 1000 Large-cap index on June 26, 2026, and that its Series A Preferred Stock trades on the NYSE under the symbol BMNP.

According to data cited from Fundstrat, Bitmine ranked 62nd among 5,704 U.S.-listed stocks by five-day average daily dollar trading volume at $1.36 billion as of Aug. 29, 2026.

The company described its ETH treasury as the largest in the world, noting that Strategy Inc. (NASDAQ: MSTR) holds 840,447 Bitcoin valued at approximately $66 billion, making it the largest global digital asset treasury overall.
