Bitmine reports 5.82 million ETH holdings, $11.4B total assets

Bitmine Immersion Technologies (NYSE: BMNR) reported holdings of 5,815,164 Ethereum (ETH) tokens as of August 16, 2026, representing 4.8% of the total ETH supply of 120.7 million tokens, according to a company press release.

At a price of $1,893 per ETH per Coinbase (NASDAQ: COIN), the company's total crypto holdings, cash, marketable securities, and other investments amount to $11.4 billion. Cash and marketable securities stand at $78 million. The company also holds 210 Bitcoin, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, and a $73 million stake in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS).

Of the total ETH held, 5,067,309 tokens — valued at approximately $9.6 billion — are staked through Bitmine's MAVAN (Made in America VAlidator Network) platform and staking partners. The company reported a 7-day annualized staking yield of 2.61%, with projected annualized staking revenues of $250 million. At full scale, projected annualized staking rewards are estimated at $287 million.

Bitmine repurchased 1.7 million shares of common stock in the past week, bringing total repurchases to over 20.8 million shares since July 1, 2026, under a previously authorized $4 billion share repurchase program.

"Over the past week, we acquired 9,926 ETH. Bitmine has bought ETH every week since the inception of the ETH Treasury Strategy on June 30, 2025 about 14 months ago," said Thomas Lee, Chairman of Bitmine.

The company was added to the Russell 1000 Large-cap index on June 26, 2026. Its Series A Preferred Stock trades on the NYSE under the symbol BMNP.

Bitmine's institutional investors include ARK Investment Management's Cathie Wood, Founders Fund, Pantera, Kraken, DCG, and Galaxy Digital, among others.
