Bitmine reports 5.79M ETH holdings, $11.8B total assets

Bitmine Immersion Technologies (NYSE: BMNR) reported holdings of 5,787,414 Ethereum tokens as of July 26, 2026, representing 4.8% of the total ETH supply of 120.7 million tokens, according to a company press release.

At $1,948 per ETH, based on Coinbase (NASDAQ: COIN) pricing, the company's ETH holdings are valued at approximately $11.3 billion. Combined with 208 Bitcoin, total cash and marketable securities of $268 million, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, and a $61 million stake in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS), the company reported total crypto and cash holdings of $11.8 billion.

Bitmine said 4,917,189 of its ETH tokens are currently staked, valued at $9.6 billion at current prices. The company projected annualized staking revenues of $254 million, with a potential $299 million when fully staked through its MAVAN (Made in America Validator Network) platform and staking partners, using a 2.65% seven-day annualized yield.

Since July 1, 2026, the company repurchased 11.6 million shares of common stock under a previously authorized $4 billion share repurchase program, including 6.1 million shares in the most recent week.

"Over the past week, we acquired 9,946 ETH. Bitmine has bought ETH every week since the inception of the ETH Treasury Strategy on June 30, 2025," said Thomas Lee, Chairman of Bitmine.

Bitmine was added to the Russell 1000 Large-cap index on June 26, 2026. The company's Series A Preferred Stock trades on the NYSE under the symbol BMNP.

The company reported an average daily trading volume of $597 million over the five days ending July 24, 2026, ranking it 171st among 5,704 U.S.-listed stocks, according to data from Fundstrat.
