Bitmine reports 5.77M ETH holdings, $11.3B in total assets

Bitmine Immersion Technologies (NYSE: BMNR) reported holdings of 5,770,038 Ethereum tokens as of July 12, 2026, valued at approximately $10.5 billion at $1,820 per ETH, according to a company press release. The Norwalk, Connecticut-based company said its combined crypto, cash, marketable securities, and other holdings total $11.3 billion.

The company said its ETH holdings represent 4.8% of the total ETH supply of 120.7 million tokens. Bitmine also holds 206 Bitcoin, $482 million in cash and marketable securities, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, and a $69 million stake in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS).

Of its total ETH holdings, 4,917,189 tokens are staked through the company's MAVAN (Made in America Validator Network) platform and staking partners, valued at $9.0 billion. The company reported a 7-day annualized staking yield of 2.70%, with projected annualized staking revenues of $242 million. At full scale, the projected annualized staking reward is $284 million, the company said.

Bitmine was added to the Russell 1000 Large-cap Index on June 26, 2026, as part of the index's annual reconstitution.

In June, the company closed an offering of 3,500,000 shares of 9.50% Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock at $80.00 per share, generating net proceeds of approximately $273.8 million. The preferred stock trades on the NYSE under the symbol BMNP, with dividends scheduled to be paid weekly.

According to data from Fundstrat, Bitmine's stock had an average daily dollar trading volume of $475 million over the five days ending July 10, 2026, ranking 215th among 5,704 U.S.-listed stocks.
