Bitmine reports $11.6B in total holdings with 5.81M ETH

Bitmine Immersion Technologies (NYSE: BMNR) reported total crypto, cash, and other holdings of $11.6 billion as of August 9, 2026, according to a press release from the company.

The company holds 5,805,238 ETH tokens valued at approximately $11.2 billion at $1,928 per ETH, representing 4.8% of the total ETH supply of 120.7 million tokens. Bitmine also holds 209 Bitcoin, $104 million in cash and marketable securities, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, and a $69 million stake in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS).

Of the total ETH holdings, 5,067,309 tokens are staked, valued at approximately $9.8 billion. The company reported a 7-day annualized staking yield of 2.63% and projected annualized staking revenues of $257 million. At full scale, projected annualized staking rewards through its MAVAN platform and staking partners are estimated at $294 million.

Bitmine said it acquired 7,391 ETH in the past week and has purchased ETH every week since launching its ETH treasury strategy on June 30, 2025.

The company repurchased 3 million shares of common stock in the past week and has repurchased more than 19 million shares since July 1, 2026, under a previously authorized $4 billion share repurchase program.

Chairman Thomas Lee noted that the odds of a Federal Reserve rate hike in September fell to 40% from 75% two weeks prior, citing softer inflation and jobs data. Lee also commented that the CLARITY Act is not expected to receive a Senate vote before the August recess.

Bitmine was added to the Russell 1000 Large-cap index on June 26, 2026, and its Series A Preferred Stock trades on the NYSE under the symbol BMNP.
