Bitmine declares 17 cash dividends on preferred stock through Dec. 2026

Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BMNR) announced that its board of directors has declared 17 cash dividends on the company's 9.50% Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock (NYSE: BMNP), with record and payment dates running from August through December 2026.
Most of the dividends are set at $0.1847 per share, paid on a weekly schedule. Two payments — dividend No. 12 with a record date of Aug. 25, 2026, and dividend No. 21 with a record date of Oct. 27, 2026 — are set at $0.1583 per share. The final declared dividend, No. 28, carries a higher per-share amount of $0.2639, with a record date of Dec. 18, 2026, and a payment date of Dec. 28, 2026.
The dividends will be paid in cash in accordance with the terms of the Certificate of Designations governing the Series A Preferred Stock, according to the company's press release.
Bitmine, based in Norwalk, Conn., describes itself as a blockchain technology infrastructure company with operations in digital asset staking and validation services, bitcoin mining, and digital asset management.
