BioStem Technologies appoints three new board members

BioStem Technologies Inc. (OTC: BSEM) announced the appointment of three new board members effective June 5, 2026. Mark Glickman, Steven D. Sonenreich, and Rayna Lesser Hannaway joined the board, while Thomas Dugan and Patrick Daly resigned effective June 4, 2026.
The board changes bring the total number of directors to seven. Sonenreich was appointed to the Audit Committee and the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. Hannaway received appointments to the same committees. Glickman was named to the Compensation Committee and will serve as its chair.
Glickman serves as President and CEO of BioFlorida, the state's life sciences trade association, and sits on the boards of MetaVia (NASDAQ: MTVA) and Otsuka Precision Health. He previously held executive positions at TherapeuticsMD and Esperion Therapeutics.
Sonenreich brings nearly 40 years of healthcare leadership experience, having served as CEO of Cedar's Medical Center in Miami and later at Mount Sinai Medical Center. He previously served on boards of the Florida Hospital Association and the Florida Teaching and Safety Net Hospital Alliance.
Hannaway is an investment professional with 29 years of experience in small-cap companies. She most recently served as Head of the Small Company Growth Team and Portfolio Manager at Polen Capital and previously spent over a decade at Fidelity Investments as an analyst and portfolio manager.
BioStem Technologies develops, manufactures and commercializes allograft products derived from perinatal tissue for clinical use across multiple medical specialties.
