Beyond Oil gets system-wide approval at unnamed U.S. fast-food chain
Beyond Oil Ltd. (TSX: BOIL, OTCQB: BEOLF) announced it has received system-wide approval from an unnamed American fast-food chain, allowing its product to be used across hundreds of franchise locations in the United States.
The approval follows a validation process conducted across several restaurant locations in three states, building on an initial rollout with three franchisees earlier in 2026. The evaluation covered food quality, oil quality, worker safety, and operational integration.
The restaurant chain plans to support broader adoption through internal best practices, standard operating guidelines, and operations training teams. Beyond Oil will also be invited to participate in the brand's franchise events and conferences.
The company's Vancouver-based CEO, Jonathan Or, noted in a statement that system-wide approval "opens the door to broader adoption across the organization and creates the opportunity for Beyond Oil to become part of a new operating standard." Or added that the company has been building similar relationships with other restaurant chains "of comparable and larger scale."
Beyond Oil's technology, which the company says is cleared by the FDA and Health Canada, integrates into existing kitchen workflows to manage frying oil. The company noted in its release that system-wide approval authorizes but does not guarantee adoption or minimum order volumes by individual franchise partners.
