BetMGM begins sports betting operations in Missouri

BetMGM launched mobile and retail sports betting in Missouri on December 1, partnering with Century Casinos Inc. (NASDAQ: CNTY). The launch includes statewide mobile betting through the BetMGM app and a retail sportsbook at Century Casino & Hotel Cape Girardeau.

Missouri residents can now place wagers through BetMGM's mobile application or at the physical sportsbook location. The company operates as an official sports betting partner of the Kansas City Chiefs, a partnership established in 2022.

New players in Missouri can place a first bet of up to $1,500, with bonus bets equal to the stake if the initial wager loses. The offer requires a minimum $10 deposit, and bonus bets expire in seven days.

BetMGM's mobile platform includes the company's loyalty program, allowing players to earn BetMGM Rewards points and MGM Rewards tier credits. These can be redeemed for bonuses or experiences at MGM Resorts and Marriott Bonvoy properties.

The launch expands BetMGM's presence to 30 markets with mobile and retail offerings. BetMGM operates as a joint venture between MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM) and Entain Plc (LSE: ENT).

The company integrates GameSense, a responsible gaming program developed by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation and licensed to MGM Resorts, within its mobile and desktop platforms.
