Bel Fuse announces retirement of connectivity president Pete Bittner

Bel Fuse Inc. (NASDAQ: BELFA, BELFB) announced that Pete Bittner, President of Connectivity Solutions, will retire effective April 3, 2026, after 35 years with the company.
Bittner joined Bel in 1990 and led the Connectivity Solutions business unit. During his tenure as president, the division doubled its profitability over the past four years, according to the company's announcement.
"I thoroughly appreciate the significant amount of work accomplished under Pete's leadership which resulted in doubling the profitability of the Connectivity Solutions business over the past four years," said Farouq Tuweiq, CEO of Bel.
Daniel Bernstein, Chairman of Bel's Board, stated that Bittner's contributions have been valuable to the company's culture and growth.
Bittner commented on his departure: "Reflecting on my journey at Bel over the past three decades, I am deeply grateful for the opportunities I've had to work alongside such talented and dedicated colleagues."
West Orange, New Jersey-based Bel manufactures products for electronic circuits used in defense, commercial aerospace, networking, telecommunications, computing and other industries. The company operates through three product groups: Power Solutions and Protection, Connectivity Solutions, and Magnetic Solutions.
