Baosheng BVI signs AI cooperation deal with DirectBooking

Baosheng Media Group Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: BAOS) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Baosheng BVI, signed an AI Business Cooperation Framework Agreement with DirectBooking Technology Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: ZDAI) on August 25, 2026, according to a press release statement.

Under the agreement, Baosheng BVI will provide media-resource connectivity, brand-awareness building, and market-channel development services, while DirectBooking Technology will contribute technical system support, system upgrades, intelligent operations and maintenance, and technical consulting services.

The framework agreement is valid for one year from the date of signing and will automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless either party submits written notice of termination or amendment within 30 days before expiration.

The agreement does not identify any specific project. Separate supplemental agreements will be required for individual projects, and the press release notes there is no assurance the parties will enter into any specific project or that the cooperation will generate revenue.

Regarding intellectual property, each party retains ownership of assets developed independently, while jointly developed results will be co-owned and may not be licensed or transferred without written consent from both parties.

Notably, DirectBooking Technology's primary operations, conducted through its Hong Kong subsidiary Primega Construction Engineering Co. Limited, consist of soil and rock transportation services and construction works in Hong Kong's construction industry, not technology or AI services.
