BTC Digital signs partnership with Tianci International for mining services
BTC Digital Ltd. (NASDAQ: BTCT) announced it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Tianci International Inc. (NASDAQ: CIIT) for strategic cooperation across cryptocurrency mining, payment solutions, and blockchain technology services.
Under the agreement, Tianci International plans to purchase approximately $5 million of cryptocurrency mining equipment, with BTC Digital providing hosting, operations and maintenance services for the miners. The partnership will explore stablecoin-based payment and settlement solutions and real-world asset initiatives within compliance frameworks.
BTC Digital will support Tianci International's digital transformation efforts by delivering blockchain solutions for supply chain management, financial settlement, customer data management and business intelligence applications. Tianci International intends to continue expanding its cryptocurrency mining investments while BTC Digital supplies infrastructure and technical support.
