BOSS Zhipin repurchases over RMB1.67 billion in shares year-to-date
KANZHUN LIMITED (NASDAQ: BZ; HK: 2076), known as BOSS Zhipin, announced it repurchased 840,198 ordinary shares for over RMB40.6 million on June 4, 2026, according to a company statement.
The latest repurchase brings the company's total share buybacks to over RMB1.67 billion for 2026 year-to-date.
In March 2026, BOSS Zhipin's board approved amendments to expand its existing share repurchase program authorization to US$400 million, extending the program through August 28, 2027. The program covers repurchases of the company's shares and American depositary shares.
The company also announced in March that beginning in 2026, it will allocate at least 50% of its adjusted net income from the preceding fiscal year toward dividends and share repurchases for each of three consecutive years. The board retains discretion to modify the repurchase and dividend plan based on financial performance, capital requirements, market conditions and other factors.
BOSS Zhipin operates an online recruitment platform in China connecting job seekers with employers.
