("Boardwalktech" or the "Company"), a leading digital ledger platform and enterprise software solutions company, announces that it will host its 2025 Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 4pm ET / 1pm PT.  The meeting will be held at the Company's Cupertino, California office and streamed online. Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, the Company is unable to mail paper copies of the Notice of Meeting, Management Proxy Circular, audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, and other related meeting materials. Shareholders and proxyholders can vote virtually at this year's Meeting. The record date for the Meeting is October 10, 2025. • election of directors for the ensuing year;
