BIT Mining changes name to SOLAI Limited, adopts new ticker SLAI

BIT Mining Limited (NYSE: BTCM) announced it will begin trading under the new name "SOLAI Limited" with ticker symbol "SLAI" effective at the opening of trading on October 20, 2025, on the New York Stock Exchange.

Current shareholders require no action in connection with the name and ticker symbol changes. The company's CUSIP number will remain unchanged.

The rebrand reflects the company's strategic pivot into artificial intelligence and blockchain technology. The company stated it seeks to improve on-chain efficiency and expand its presence within Solana and other blockchain ecosystems using its blockchain and data infrastructure expertise.

Historical trading data for the company's American Depositary Shares prior to October 20, 2025, may temporarily remain searchable under "BIT Mining Limited" and "BTCM" on certain third-party websites and applications until the transition is complete.
