Aventis Energy to consolidate shares at 10-to-1 ratio
Aventis Energy Inc. (CSE: AVE | FRA: C0O0 | OTC: VBAMF) announced that its board of directors has approved a 10-to-1 consolidation of the company's common shares, according to a press release.
The Vancouver-based mineral exploration company currently has 94,248,477 common shares outstanding. If completed, the consolidation would reduce that figure to approximately 9,424,844 shares.
Fractional shares resulting from the consolidation will be rounded down to the nearest whole share, with no cash consideration paid for any fractional amounts.
