Auddia uses SharonAI contract data to highlight AI infrastructure opportunity

Auddia Inc. (NASDAQ: AUUD) highlighted market pricing data for artificial intelligence infrastructure following a Securities and Exchange Commission filing by SharonAI Holdings Inc. that disclosed a $1.25 billion, five-year contract to deploy and operate 8,200 NVIDIA B300 GPUs for a global cloud customer.

According to the filing, the contract implies approximately $30,488 in annual revenue per GPU. Auddia is using this benchmark to illustrate the potential scale of LT350, a distributed AI infrastructure subsidiary that will be part of the new McCarthy Finney holding company if Auddia's proposed business combination with Thramann Holdings is completed.

LT350 operates through a partnership with a real estate investment trust that controls 4 million square feet of parking lot airspace. The company's patented canopy architecture uses 2,000-square-foot modules, each designed to support 480 GPUs. If fully deployed across the REIT footprint, the system could support approximately 960,000 GPUs total capacity.

Using the SharonAI pricing benchmark, this deployment would represent $29 billion in annualized market-equivalent pricing, though Auddia emphasized that actual pricing, utilization and deployment levels will vary from this theoretical maximum.

"We are not providing forecasts or forward revenue projections outside of what is disclosed in our recent S-4 financing," said Jeff Thramann, CEO of Auddia and founder of LT350. The company previously disclosed an internal discounted cash flow analysis of $250 million for McCarthy Finney, with fifty percent attributed to LT350.

The LT350 platform targets deployment across multiple property types including hospitals, universities, retail centers, and municipal properties. The system features deployment in existing parking lot airspace, closed-loop liquid cooling, and modular scaling capabilities.

McCarthy Finney will trade under the ticker MCFN following completion of the merger, combining Auddia with three businesses: LT350, Influence Healthcare, and Voyex.
