Auddia Inc. (NASDAQ: AUUD) announced that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has notified the company that its 14th patent for LT350's distributed AI infrastructure platform will be allowed.
The patent strengthens LT350's canopy-based deployment architecture, which installs AI compute systems in parking lot airspace. LT350's intellectual property portfolio now includes 16 issued and pending patents covering canopy structures, modular compute cartridges, battery systems, cooling systems, power operations, connectivity, and logistics integration.
LT350 is one of three businesses that would be combined with Auddia in a new holding company if Auddia's announced business combination with Thramann Holdings, LLC is completed.
"Our IP portfolio is the foundation of LT350's competitive advantage," said Jeff Thramann, CEO of Auddia and Founder of LT350. "It protects a deployment model that solves the biggest constraints in AI infrastructure — land, power, cooling, and community compatibility."
According to the company, LT350's REIT partner controls 4 million square feet of parking lot airspace. The patented canopy design can support 480 GPUs per 2,000 square feet of canopy space, potentially enabling up to 2,000 canopies and 960,000 GPUs across the full footprint.
The technology targets various property types including healthcare systems, universities, retail real estate, industrial hubs, municipal properties, mobility hubs, convenience stores, stadiums, and smart cities.
Auddia operates through its AI platform for audio content and its flagship audio application called faidr. The company's Discovr Radio platform provides music promotion services to artists and labels.
