Auddia launches Voyex travel platform amid Spirit Airlines disruption

May 4, 2026 6:01 AM EDT

Auddia Inc. (NASDAQ: AUUD) announced the introduction of Voyex, an AI-powered digital travel agency, as Spirit Airlines passengers face widespread stranding following the carrier's sudden shutdown.

Voyex represents one of three subsidiaries that will emerge from Auddia's pending merger with Thramann Holdings, LLC., which is expected to form McCarthy Finney (NASDAQ: MCFN), according to the company's statement. The merger includes a $250 million DCF valuation based on internal projections.

The company is developing FlightFix, an AI platform designed to address travel disruptions through real-time itinerary monitoring, delay prediction, alternative travel identification, and automated rebooking. The platform will also coordinate private jet options through fixed-base operators when commercial airline capacity becomes unavailable.

Voyex plans to launch the FlightFix minimum viable product within approximately six months following completion of the McCarthy Finney merger, according to the announcement.

"The Spirit Airlines shutdown is exactly the type of disruption that demonstrates why FlightFix needs to exist," said Jeff Thramann, CEO of Auddia and Founder of Voyex. "Passengers shouldn't be left sleeping on airport floors while airlines improvise solutions."

Upon merger completion, McCarthy Finney will operate four subsidiaries: LT350 (distributed AI datacenters), Influence Healthcare (AI-driven value-based care), Voyex (travel rebooking), and Auddia (music discovery).

Auddia entered into the definitive merger agreement on February 17, 2026. The merger requires approval from Auddia stockholders and completion of associated financing arrangements.
