Auddia highlights distributed AI infrastructure amid datacenter restrictions

May 5, 2026 6:02 AM EDT

Auddia Inc. (NASDAQ: AUUD) announced its LT350 distributed AI infrastructure platform as communities impose restrictions on traditional datacenter development. The company cited recent developments including Aurora, Illinois implementing strict datacenter regulations, Tesla halting datacenter construction due to infrastructure constraints, and Denmark suspending new projects amid power supply challenges.

LT350 deploys modular AI compute sites in parking lot airspace above existing facilities. Each site includes solar generation, battery storage cartridges integrated with GPU cartridges at a 1:2 ratio, closed-loop liquid cooling systems, and power management software. The system operates by charging batteries during excess solar generation or off-peak hours and switching to battery power during peak demand periods.

The platform addresses concerns driving datacenter moratoriums by using existing parking lot space rather than new land, implementing zero water consumption cooling, minimizing noise through elimination of industrial chillers, and reducing local grid stress through battery-buffered operations.

LT350 forms part of a distributed mesh that can operate independently for low-latency applications while routing workloads to hyperscale clouds as needed. The company holds 13 issued patents and has 3 pending applications covering its solar parking canopy infrastructure platform.

"As AI moves from training to inference, we believe distributed infrastructure is the future," said Jeff Thramann, CEO of Auddia and Founder of LT350. "LT350 was designed from day one to solve the exact issues now driving moratoriums across the country and internationally."

LT350 represents one of three businesses planned for combination with Auddia in the McCarthy Finney holding company, pending completion of Auddia's business combination with Thramann Holdings, LLC.
