Auddia Inc. (NASDAQ: AUUD) announced its LT350 micro warehouse network designed for last-mile delivery operations in parking lots. The system integrates drones, autonomous electric vehicles, and human couriers through solar-powered canopy infrastructure.
LT350 represents one of three businesses that would combine with Auddia under the McCarthy Finney holding company, contingent on completion of Auddia's announced business combination with Thramann Holdings, LLC.
The system includes ground-based locker arrays with refrigerated and non-refrigerated storage positioned where fuel pumps traditionally sit. A patented elevator system moves packages between ground lockers and canopy ceiling areas. The PickDrop AI platform routes packages across delivery methods and canopy nodes.
The canopy infrastructure features drone charging pads powered by battery storage and ceiling-mounted electric vehicle charging systems with articulating arms for autonomous vehicles. LT350 canopies also function as distributed data center nodes, allowing autonomous vehicles to upload data, download model updates, and access computing resources.
"Last-mile delivery is undergoing a structural shift," said LT350 founder Jeff Thramann. "Retailers, logistics operators, and autonomous vehicle companies are all looking for infrastructure that reduces cost, increases reliability, and accelerates delivery speed."
LT350 holds 13 issued patents and 3 pending patents covering its solar parking lot canopy platform. The company aims to build distributed AI data centers using underutilized parking lot space.
Auddia operates an AI platform for audio content, including its Discovr Radio music-promotion platform and faidr audio application featuring ad-free AM/FM radio listening and content skipping capabilities.
