Ascot Resources changes name to Cambria Gold Mines
Ascot Resources Ltd. (TSXV: AOT.H; OTCQB: AOTVF) announced it will change its name to Cambria Gold Mines Inc. effective February 13, 2026, according to a company statement.
The Vancouver-based company's common shares will begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the new symbol "CAMB" at market open following the name change.
The name change is being conducted under the provisions of the Business Corporations Act of British Columbia. In connection with the change, the company will receive a new CUSIP number of 132063108 and ISIN of CA1320631080 for its common shares.
Robert McLeod serves as CEO and director of the company. The information was provided in a company press release statement.
