Arena Group to rename as Paradium.AI, ticker changing to PAAI

The Arena Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE American: AREN), which operates under the name Paradium.AI, announced its intent to change its legal name and stock ticker symbol, with the changes expected to take effect by August 31, 2026.

The company's common stock will begin trading on the NYSE American under the new ticker symbol PAAI following the change. The CUSIP number will remain unchanged, and no action is required by shareholders.

The planned name change was previously disclosed in the company's second quarter 2026 earnings release, issued on August 10, 2026.

The Arena Group operates a portfolio of digital media brands including Parade, TheStreet, Men's Journal, Athlon Sports, ShopHQ and the Adventure Sports Network.
