August 18, 2025 2:00 PM EDT

Aqua Finance Inc. and Wells Fargo Commercial Distribution Finance LLC announced a retail financing program for recreational products including boats, RVs, and powersports vehicles. The program combines Aqua's retail financial services with Wells Fargo's inventory floorplan financing for dealers.

The collaboration includes partnerships with manufacturers Brunswick, E-Z-GO, KTM North America Inc., and Winnebago Industries (NYSE: WGO). The integrated program aims to streamline processes for dealers by combining retail financing and inventory management services.

"This initiative demonstrates our dedication to providing efficient, comprehensive financing solutions that drive growth for dealers across key industries," said Greg Wigent, Executive Vice President of Growth Initiatives at Aqua.

The program offers financing across the credit spectrum and includes prequalification links, soft credit checks, and competitive pricing. Aqua launched a digital platform that handles pre-qualification, underwriting, agreement finalization, e-signatures, and automatic floor plan settlement.

"Our clients have been asking for these options and solutions to help implement a seamless experience for their customers," said Chad Lyon, Managing Director of Inventory Finance for Wells Fargo Commercial Banking.

Aqua operates as a non-bank financing platform in all 50 states, serving over 5,000 dealers, contractors, and retailers. The company focuses on home improvement, recreation, powersports, pool/spa, and water treatment industries.

Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) reported approximately $2.0 trillion in assets and ranked No. 33 on Fortune's 2025 rankings of America's largest corporations, according to the press release.
