Anaergia Inc. (TSX: ANRG) (OTCQX: ANRGF) reported a 77% year-over-year revenue increase in its third quarter of 2025, according to a letter from Chief Executive Officer Assaf Onn to shareholders.

The renewable energy company also posted a 146% expansion in gross profit and returned to positive Adjusted EBITDA during the quarter. The results follow the company's strategic shift to a capital-light business model focusing on technology sales and engineering services.

Anaergia's revenue backlog grew to $287 million from $103 million at the start of the year. The company operates in renewable natural gas and waste-to-value solutions, serving municipalities, utilities, and industrial clients in North America, Europe, and Asia.

The company holds over 300 patents and operates more than 230 reference facilities across 18 countries. Its technology converts organic waste into renewable energy and resources.

Onn assumed the CEO role on July 8, 2024. He stated the company plans to focus on executing capital sales, expanding recurring service revenues, and maintaining financial discipline in 2026.

The company has seen increased project activity in Italy and North America, where commercial teams have expanded project awards and technology deployments. Anaergia's solutions divert waste from landfills while generating carbon-negative fuels.
