AmpliTech raises $21.9M in Series A rights offering

AmpliTech Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMPG, AMPGZ) received approximately $21.9 million in subscriptions for its Series A Rights Offering, according to a company statement. The offering closed July 18, 2026, when any unexercised rights expired.
The company expects to issue approximately 4,384,163 shares of common stock upon completion of the final reconciliation process.
AmpliTech said it intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including working capital, inventory, sales and marketing initiatives, commercialization efforts, and business scaling. The company also cited potential share repurchases if authorized by its board of directors.
Moody Capital Solutions, Inc. served as dealer manager for the offering.
A separate Series B rights offering (NASDAQ: AMPGZ), priced at $6 per subscription, remains open and is set to expire November 20, 2026.
AmpliTech is a Hauppauge, N.Y.-based designer and manufacturer of RF and microwave signal processing components and 5G infrastructure systems.
