AmpliTech Group warrants from 2021 placement expire unexercised

AmpliTech Group Inc. (NASDAQ: AMPG) announced that 1,900,500 warrants from its April 2021 private placement expired on April 16, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The warrants, which carried an exercise price of $8.48 per share, remained unexercised and automatically expired worthless according to their terms.
The company stated that following the expiration, it has no warrants outstanding and no obligations to issue shares upon warrant exercise. The expiration does not affect the number of common stock shares currently issued and outstanding.
AmpliTech Group's common stock, Series A Rights, and Series B Rights continue trading on NASDAQ under symbols AMPG, AMPGR, and AMPGZ respectively. The company operates through five divisions focusing on radio frequency microwave components and 5G network solutions for markets including satellite communications, telecommunications, defense, and quantum computing.
