American Rare Earths consolidates president and CEO roles under Wall
American Rare Earths (ASX: ARR | OTCQX: ARRNF | ADR: AMRRY) announced it has consolidated the president and chief executive officer positions under Mark Wall, effective immediately.
Wall, who previously served as CEO, will now hold the combined role. The company stated the consolidation aims to enhance strategic alignment and decision-making as it advances its Halleck Creek Project in Wyoming.
"The Halleck Creek Project has been my main focus area since joining as CEO," Wall said in a statement. "I see massive opportunity to accelerate this project and to be a meaningful contributor to securing the United States' domestic mine-to-magnet supply chain."
The company plans to conduct a property assessment of its Halleck Creek resource, which contains 2.63 billion tonnes according to previous announcements. American Rare Earths also indicated it will review opportunities at its La Paz property in Arizona, including potential copper and gold prospects.
Wall mentioned preparations for a potential U.S. stock listing while focusing development efforts in Wyoming. The company's board authorized the leadership consolidation to support advancement of the Halleck Creek project as a domestic rare earth supply source.
American Rare Earths operates through its subsidiary Wyoming Rare (USA) Inc., developing rare earth mineral projects primarily in Wyoming. The information is based on a company press release statement.
