AgriFORCE Growing Systems changes name to AVAX One Technology

AgriFORCE Growing Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: AGRI) announced it will change its corporate name to AVAX One Technology Ltd. and begin trading under the ticker symbol "AVX" on the Nasdaq Capital Market starting November 13, 2025.

The name and ticker symbol changes reflect the company's shift in business strategy toward digital asset treasury initiatives focused on the Avalanche blockchain ecosystem. The company's CUSIP number has been updated to 05353F108.

Current shareholders will not need to take any action regarding the change, and there will be no change to the total number of shares outstanding or to shareholder rights.

"We have undertaken the name and resulting symbol change to better reflect the transformation of our business into the primary public company participant in the Avalanche ecosystem," said Jolie Kahn, Chief Executive Officer of AVAX One Technology Ltd.

Under its new identity, the company plans to build a digital asset treasury strategy focused on acquiring AVAX tokens. The strategy aims to fund capital appreciation through capital raising efforts and staking rewards.

According to the press release, Avalanche is described as a high-speed blockchain platform used by financial institutions including KKR, Apollo and J.P. Morgan Chase for tokenizing real-world assets.

The company states it seeks to provide investors with access to the Avalanche ecosystem while bridging traditional and digital finance markets.
